Cancellation Policy
This booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once booked, any cancellation will result in the loss of deposit, regardless of the notice given. The deposit can be transferred to ONE rescheduled appointment with more than 48hours notice. Any cancellation less than 48hours will incur a $50-$100 cancellation fee (pending on appointment size) ,as your appointment slot now cant be filled with short notice.

You will receive two text messages regarding your booked appointment. One week prior and another 3 days prior to your booking, please reply promptly to your 3-day reminder as this confirms your booking. This also allows plenty of time to adjust your appointment. If we don’t hear from you after 3 points of contact your appointment will be cancelled so we can accommodate someone on our wait list.
 

Change of Mind
No change of mind on the day of your booked and confirmed appointment. For example, if you are booked in for a haircut and colour and only decided to have the cut you will be charged for the full service as you have been given plenty of time to make changes and another client has possibly been turned away.

 

Same Day Cancelation/No Show
In the event of same day sickness, sick children, emergency and covid to secure a future booking with Coco and Pastel you will be required to pay a $50-$100 cancellation fee & an additional 20% of your future booked appointment. This will have to be paid in advance.

 

Online Bookings
All online bookings will incur a 30% booking fee, this is redeemable on the day of your appointment, but NON-REFUNDABLE.
 

New Clients
For all new bookings made via phone and in-person we will require a $50-$100 non-refundable booking fee based on the length of time we need to accommodate to your hair this is to be taken on the day of booking. It will be redeemable on your bill the day of your appointment and can be transferred to ONE rescheduled appointment within the 48-hour time frame.
 

Cezzane
All Cezzane bookings will require a $100 booking fee to be taken at the time of making the appointment, this is redeemable on the day of you booking but NON-REFUNDABLE.
 

Christmas Appointments
Any appointment booked that will be 4 hours or more will require a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 booking fee, this is redeemable on the day of your appointment and is transferable to ONE rescheduled appointment within the 48-hour time frame.
